As Practice Manager, Tiffany helps oversee the daily operations of the hospital and supports both the medical team and client service staff to keep the clinic running efficiently. From coordinating workflows and managing inventory to assisting where needed in appointments and procedures, she works behind the scenes to make sure patients receive attentive, organized care and clients have a positive experience from start to finish.

An Oak Ridge native, Tiffany’s veterinary journey actually began in high school when she volunteered in the kennels as part of a class. She was hired as a receptionist shortly before graduating and steadily worked her way up in the field. Over the years, she has gained experience in general practice, spay and neuter and vaccine clinics, and urgent care. Her background as a veterinary technician gives her a strong understanding of both the medical and client care sides of the hospital.

Tiffany’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is being a voice for animals who cannot speak for themselves. She is passionate about providing compassionate care and supporting pet owners during important or emotional moments in their pet’s life.

At home, Tiffany stays busy with her own pets — a dog named Sage, three cats named Cotton, Carol, and Monroe, and even some fish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and often pet-sits so she can spend even more time caring for animals.

Nettie plays an important role in patient care throughout the hospital. As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, she assists with anesthesia monitoring during surgery, performs dental cleanings, draws blood samples, takes X-rays, fills medications, and reads cytology samples. Her attention to detail helps ensure procedures are safe and patients recover comfortably.

Nettie earned her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Ashworth College and holds her veterinary technician license. She especially enjoys working in surgery, where she monitors anesthesia, assists with procedures, and focuses on smooth, safe recoveries for patients. She also enjoys working with exotic pets and appreciates the unique challenges they bring, from obtaining blood samples to performing specialized procedures.

At home, Nettie shares her life with six cats — River, Skylar, Socks, George, Bugsy, and Daisy. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys watching TV shows, playing video games, and working on puzzles.

Karah is one of the friendly faces clients meet when they walk through the door. As a Client Service Representative, she helps ensure every visit starts and ends smoothly by guiding families through the check-in and check-out process and answering questions along the way. She enjoys helping create a calm, welcoming experience so both pets and their owners feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Her favorite part of the job is seeing the relief clients feel after their pets receive the care they need. Karah loves hearing how much families appreciate the team and knowing she plays a role in making visits positive for both people and pets.

Outside of work, Karah enjoys spending time with her grandmother. They especially love going shopping together and finding new places to enjoy a good meal.

Raina supports the medical team throughout the day by assisting doctors during appointments and procedures, performing blood draws, and helping with radiology and patient care. She enjoys being part of a collaborative environment where she can continue building her skills while helping pets receive the treatment they need.

Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is working with exotic pets and the opportunity to learn something new every day. Raina values the hands-on experience and the chance to grow her knowledge alongside the team.

At home, Raina has a full and fun household with two dogs, Cookie Monster and Kilwin, a cat named Mello, and a snake named Hershey. Outside the clinic, she enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with friends.
